Your Attention is drawn to the following.

Your selection can be found in the alphabetic list below.
Angina. A complaint associated with the heart and often                           associated with stress.  My techniques are designed to                  combat or eliminate the stress which may well be                             aggravating this complaint thus reducing the tendency for                it's reoccurrence.  I do not cure angina.

Asthma.  Considered in some quarters to be an allergy. Allergies            can be cured and asthma, which I believe is more stress                related than anything can be controlled by bringing down             the stress levels to a point below which attacks are                          triggered.

Back Pain. May well emanate from a physical condition but may             also emanate from, or be aggravated by, stress. My                          techniques can eliminate the stress elements and may                   even greatly reduce the effects of pain from a physical                    condition.

Bed-wetting.  May well be the result of some physical failure or               condition but is very often psychosomatic and responds            well to my techniques, if that is the case.

Cancer. To date there are few known 'cures' for cancer and in                 the United Kingdom it is against the law to claim one                       might be available.  I make no such claims and accept the              sad reality of the disease. However hope for sufferers                     rises daily and I wish them well, but in the meantime I do                my best to relieve the stress that must inevitably go with                the disease while they patiently wait. My aim is to improve             the quality of life by making it as stress-free as possible.

Chest Pain. Can arise from a wide variety of causes, ranging                   from heart and lung complaints, hiatus hernia or skeletal               damage, through to common indigestion.  Stress                             management is ideal for indigestion and from that have a               knock on effect on some chest pain.

Diabetes. Associated with the failure or malfunction of the                       pancreas.  But is widely thought to be the result of, and                  bought on by, and compounded by, the stress suffered                 and experienced by the sufferer.  Stress management                     goes a long way towards making it a lot more tolerable                  and easier to live with.

Drink. You need to drink to survive but there are occasions                  when this can get out of hand and drinking water, tea,                    coffee and any other beverage can get out of control.  It                 maybe a symptom of diabetes, but if not, can be effectively            dealt with.  Alcohol is, of course, different.

Epilepsy. Is a physical dysfunction often kept under control by                medication. However stress very often triggers  'attacks'                and so stress management is an effective way of reducing            the the frequency of those attacks.  Reduce the levels and            keep them, below the level that triggers an attack and                     often the 'fits' become few and far between.

Frequently passing water. If not the result or any type of bladder            or kidney malfunction is very much stress related and                    lends itself well towards our techniques.

Gout. The scourge of the rich and affluent.  Not anymore. The                scourge of those with the misfortune to have a kidney                    malfunction that allows the build up of Uric Acid in any                   vulnerable joint, usually the toes, but often the ankles,                    fingers and ears.  Ears: yes as little, painful, white lumps                along the outer edges of the ears.  Very much a stress                    related complaint and responds well to my techniques of            stress management.

Gynaecological problems. To the ladies must go every                             sympathy as these problems can be vast and far reaching.            However many are stress related and it is towards these                that I am successful, as stress plays a big part in causing             these problems in the first place and then maintaining                    them thereafter.  This is the area where I am particularly                  successful.

Headaches/migraines.  If not the result of physical damage or                 malfunction are often the result of stress. Stress                               management can be very effective if, and only if, there are             no other causes for the problem.

Hearing/vision problems. If not the result of physical damage,                 impairment or malfunction are often the result of stress.                 Stress management can be very effective if, and only if,                  there are no other causes for the problem. Hysterical                      blindness and deafness are well known stress related                    problems.

Heart conditions/blood pressure. Are often compounded and                made worse with stress.  Reduce the stress and you may              not cure the problem but you may well reduce the                            seriousness of the original complaint.

Infertility. Has and can have, many reasons and causes, one of              which is known to be stress which may overlie hidden                   fears of pregnancy, responsibility, pain and many more.                 My techniques lend themselves well to the stress related                  elements surrounding infertility.

Irregular menstruation. There are many and varied causes for                 irregular menstruation one of which may well be stress                  related.  If that is the case then my methods work well for               this problem.

Lack of bladder control. If there are no physical impairments or             failures then stress often plays a big part in the loss of                    bladder control.  My techniques work well with this                          condition.

Lack of Confidence.  From what ever cause it is the result of a                 'belief in ones-self', either taken on board voluntarily or                  being carefully taught it at an early age and can quickly                  and efficiently be remedied.  It is mentioned here, as a                     warning, only because those who have the misfortune to              suffer from a condition where lack of confidence                              predominates as a symptom, as for example, in Down's                 syndrome, can not be helped using my techniques.

Nervous breakdown. What ever the cause in the first place, a                 nervous breakdown is recoverable and my techniques                   may well speed up the recovery and possibly prevent                     further reoccurrences should the sufferer be susceptible.

Pain. From what ever source and from what ever cause, pain is             often very real and proper medication is the only sensible             solution.  However there can be and often is, phantom                    pain with no physical source and that is where my                           techniques can help but only after it has been established             that there is no known source.  My techniques may also                 help to allevitate other problems, i.e. indigestion etc, which            through it's aggravation may have caused physical pain                and discomfort.  But here the word of warning is, do not                try  and eliminate pain just because it is there.  Establish                that no known source exists first.

Physical discomfort or pain. The source should always be                       established and treated with medication as it would be                   foolhardy, to say the least, if say, for example, one                            removed the pain from a broken leg and so the person                   with that broken leg, not feeling any pain or discomfort,                  went and walked on it. But physical and psychological
pain from bad posture, stress or prolonged physical                       abuse and many others, can effectively be dealt with.

Premature ejaculation. The only word of warning here is that                   having corrected the problem you may have an over                       enthusiastic desire to test it. The one thing about                              premature ejaculation is, that it ranks high on the stress                 related problems list and you can deal with it without                      telling or involving anyone else.

Sexual problems/difficulties. Experienced by more people than              are readily prepared to admit it, and most of them stress                 related and stemming from fear, inhibitions, taboos and a              general lack of knowledge and understanding. If there are             no physical foundations for the problems then the nice                  thing is that they can be dealt with without telling or                         involving anyone else, unless they are on the receiving                  end of your new found enthusiasm.

Stomach/digestive tract disorders.  Stress plays a big part in                   this area, either causing the problems in the first place or               aggravating those that have arisen for different reasons.                Stress management goes a long way to controlling and                 eliminating problems in this area but should always be                   checked out and if necessary treated with conventional                 medication. Some stress relief may go some way towards             relieving the necessity for some minor medications.

Suicidal attempts.  Any attempts at suicide have either failed                    because there was a flaw in their execution or it was a cry             for help.  Either way anyone attempting suicide is                             somewhere along the depression scale that spans, on the            one hand, from just being 'fed up' to the other extreme of               'total apathy', which lies at the other end, and where
suicide comes somewhere between the two. Therefore                  without in-depth analysis it is difficult to determine at
which side of 'suicide' a depressive lies. If the attempted                suicide lies somewhere between 'suicide' and 'fed up',                   then there is no problem, but if their current mental state                places them between 'suicide' and 'total apathy,' then to                come down the scale will take them through the suicide                 stage and that is dangerous.  Therefore the word of                         warning is; if there have been any previous suicide
attempts then seek medical and psychiatric help and                      counselling on a direct and one to one basis.

Suicidal feelings.  If there are strong feelings of suicide then                    seek medical and psychiatric help and/or counselling on a            direct contact and one to one basis.  If it is a fleeting                        thought, as it is with most people at some time, and is                     conjured up as one way out of a situation, or the solution              to other problems, then the depressive could try stress                  management to solve those other problems and thus                      eliminate thoughts of suicide. But the word of warning                   is; with any feelings of suicide seek medical and                               psychiatric help.

Terminal Cancer. Anyone with terminal cancer maybe and                       probably is, highly stressed.  Relieving that stress may do             little or nothing for the actual cancer but it might improve               the quality of life while  hopefully a cure is found.

Tingling or numb sensations. Should always be checked out as            they can be classic signs of heart problems, but not                        always.  They maybe psychosomatic (in the mind) and be              brought on and maintained by stress. The word of                           warning; check it out first.

Tinnitus. From damaged ears and the internal workings of the               ears, possibly from constant and/or loud noises.  But not              always, as stress can and has caused sensations within                the hearing system that is often diagnosed as Tinnitus.                  Warning, check it out first and make sure there is no                        obvious physical damage.
